Brazilian or Hollywood waxing services: There is no need to cancel due to your menstrual cycle arriving, use either a tampon or a moon cup and inform your therapist, your period arriving and choosing to not get waxed means you are still subject to the cancellation fee if within the 24 hour time period, please plan accordingly. 

Late Policy: Please plan to arrive for your appointment on time, there is a 5 minute grace period , later than this will result in the appointment having to be rescheduled or treatment cut short.

Children: We understand that sometimes child care falls through and we are more than happy for you to bring your children with you to appointments but please be aware the salon is not responsible for supervising the children.

Children cannot be brought to any laser treatments due to the protective eye wear needed to be worn.

Patch tests: Failure to have a patch test for specific treatments will result in the appointment being rescheduled.

Refund policy:  We do not offer refunds on services. If you are dissatisfied , please notify us within 48 hours , and we will do our best to address your concerns.
